My start was carried out with aikido in the Dojo Zurich in spring 2009. From the beginning I was allowed to profit from the rich experience of all teaching persons so primarily of Kurt Bartholet (6th Dan), Beat Schönbächler (5th Dan), Angela Wünsche (4th Dan) as well as Catherine Reymond (3rd Dan).

Aikido is an essential part “Zen in motion” and attentiveness for me, (body-) perception and clarity are my personal guiding themes in it. I would like to bring these also in the youth training which I conduct with joy since 2019.
