Respectively there is time on Tuesday and Thursday for trial lessons.

You are welcome, drop in the Dojo, bring taking a shower utensils and light training clothes. If the training meets your approval, you can apply then to an introduction course (3 months, respectively Tuesday & Thursday, CHF 200,00).

You find the registration form to the introduction course and the rates rates on the side Rates / Registration. Please, fill out the registration form completely, print it, sign it and give it in the Dojo to the present teaching person. Thank you!
